Function Description What problem does the function solve?
Tracking the availability, price and quantity of goods from suppliers The service automatically checks suppliers 2 times per day. Checks the availability of goods from the supplier, its price and quantity of goods (if available). If the supplier has sold out, 2 available, limited available - this information will be displayed in your personal account. In the future, we process it in accordance with the settings in the personal account.
  • We receive up-to-date data on all forks
  • We see only those forks where there are changes and do not waste time analyzing the entire inventory of the store
  • We do not get sales for those products where the supplier is sold out
  • We do not receive more sales than the quantity available from the supplier
  • We do not receive sales for a product if the supplier has increased the price above our profitability
  • We do not receive negative feedback from customers in connection with the cancellation of orders from our side and, as a result, we do not waste time on correspondence with customers.
An unlimited number of suppliers It is possible to add 2-4 or more suppliers for each selling listing. The service makes it possible to track changes from several suppliers of one product and receive up-to-date data at the best price.
For example: After receiving the sale, we enter the ASIN of the product in the search box in the personal account and at the same time see all the suppliers of this product with their current prices. We select the most profitable one for us and with one click go to this supplier for purchase.
Updating the supplier's price in the list of product pairs (forks) After adding products to the service, within a few hours, information about prices from the supplier is pulled up.
If the supplier's price changes, the service will automatically update prices within our system. If the supplier is from Amazon, the system will automatically add up the price of the product + shipping price if there is no Free Shipping
The always up-to-date price of the supplier allows you not to make negative sales, not to sell products with low margins (affects the total% of BuyBox of the store).
We also get data on those goods for which you need to find a supplier with a better price.
Notification of the resumption of sales from a supplier who was sold out After an automatic check once a day, if a supplier has a product, then information about this supplier will appear in our system, and the information is also duplicated by email. Automatically, without additional research, we receive information about the availability of goods from the supplier and promptly return the goods for sale.
Import of commodity pairs (forks) from an Excel file or third-party services The service has the ability to import commodity pairs (forks) from an Excel file (the file template can be downloaded from the website). It is possible to download forks from the export file, which is downloaded from Grabley.net It is convenient to go to our service :)
Sending check results to email All service check results are sent to the specified email in the form of excel tables. It is possible to connect 3 different email addresses at the same time to receive notifications. The benefit of this function is to notify the ready-made results of the verification of suppliers, as well as the ability to transfer these results in the form of excel tables to employees if, for some reason, the employee cannot access the Personal Account of the service.
Synchronizing the number of items in the inventory of Amazon and the supplier In the case of a limited number of items at the supplier, the service will automatically synchronize the quantity of items in the Amazon account.
The product has only one supplier:
If the supplier has 2 items left, the quantity of item 2 will be automatically set in Amazon inventory.
The product has several suppliers:
If there is at least one supplier with unlimited stock, then synchronization does not take place.
This function allows you not to receive more sales than the supplier has in stock.
Automatic uploading of sales prices for each product to your personal account After connecting your Amazon account to the service and adding product pairs (forks), the selling price of the product on Amazon is automatically uploaded. In your personal account, we get the opportunity to immediately see the sale price and the purchase price from the supplier.
Automatic product withdrawal and / or notification if:
- Supplier out of stock If a supplier has run out of goods, the service will automatically set the quantity of goods to 0 in the Amazon account.
**Attention! This function is activated only when the last supplier listed in the personal account was left without goods or indicated a limited quantity.
We don't get sales for those goods where the supplier is out of stock.
- Supplier's price has increased by a specified percentage If the supplier's price increases by a certain percentage, the service sends a notification or automatically removes the product from sale.
**Attention! This function is activated only when the last supplier listed in the personal account increased the price above the specified percentage.
This information helps to maintain the desired profitability for each fork. In the event of an increase in the supplier's price, we raise the selling price or look for a supplier with a lower price.
- No Prime Seller on Listing All vendor listings on Amazon are checked for a Prime Seller. If a Prime seller disappears from the listing, the product is removed from the sale or a notification is sent.
**Attention! This function can be disabled on certain sure bets if an FBM provider is used for flipping.
In most cases when flipping from Amazon to Amazon, it is important that the supplier is the Prime seller as they have fast delivery. The service automatically checks supplier listings for Prime and sends a notification if there is no such supplier.
This helps not to get sales from listings, where there are only FBM sellers with long delivery.
- The percentage of the estimated profit is below the specified minimum If the percentage of profit for a certain product falls below the specified rate, then the service sends a notification or removes this product from sale. Profit is calculated using the formula:
Selling price - supplier price - 15% fee = Profit.
**Attention! This function is activated only when the profit below the specified% becomes at the last supplier from those indicated in the personal account.
This function allows you to save only products with the desired profitability. By removing low-margin sure bets from the sale, we get a larger percentage of BuyBox for the store.
Checking for a Prime seller on the selling listing If a Prime seller appears on the selling listing, the service automatically removes the item from the sale. If the sales strategy does not provide for competition with Prime sellers, then the system automatically removes such products from sale and sends a list of such listings.
Correction of store positions on listings The service checks all selling listings. If our store is not in the first place in the list of sellers, then a notification will be sent. This data is used to analyze the situation in the listings. To get more sales, we reduce delivery times or adjust the price. The data is analyzed by the employee, taking into account specific competitors and the strategy of competition for the store as a whole.
Groups of seasonal products-forks To work with seasonal products, you can add tags to each product. You can sort products by tags and deactivate them from our system with one click.
After activating a group of seasonal products, the system updates the data on the price and availability of the goods at the supplier, and after deactivation, the system removes them from sale on Amazon and deactivates their processing within the service.
This feature is a significant time-saver when launching seasonal products every year. For example, products that are relevant for Christmas or St. Patrick's Day are removed from the sale or restored in your Amazon account in a few clicks.
